Heart Pass, Octopus

Yoshida opens his assault by thrusting a hand from Pochita's mouth, but instead of seizing the Aging Devil he catches a nearby pole, which Aging promptly chops away. Yoshida warns that returning immediately means instant annihilation, and Aging observes the group is straining to break back into the living world. Yoru seizes Asa's body and attempts her signature bang shot, yet, blinded, she misses.

She forces her entire torso down into the mouth of Denji, horrifying the Devil Hunter imprisoned alongside them and hurting Denji, then tries to shoot Aging again, only for them to age her face rapidly. Denji spits her back out, and when Yoshida checks on her, she asks the boys if she is beautiful. Both say yes, and she curses Aging for briefly spoiling her looks.

Pochita beheads the Aging Devil yet again as Yoshida points out the only result is a rising death toll, since devil powers do nothing in this realm. Healing through Fumiko's large intestine, Aging concedes the fight is pointless and tempts Pochita to eat them, claiming their flesh tastes of lotus root. A second Fumiko then appears beside the first, noting Aging's toughness and a deathbed pledge to back the probable winner. The downed Fumiko offers Yoshida her heart, and he orders the Octopus Devil to eat it, whose face soon emerges from the building.
