Summary

Fami hurls stones into a crowd of bystanders, betting that the assault will send them running scared. Watching from nearby, Falling Devil judges that her companion is only stirring up rage instead of the dread she is supposed to inspire, so she steps in and bends the gravity around the panicked people herself. Across the scene, Denji presses his copycat to explain a remark about a past mistake when the gravity-twisted civilians begin tumbling sideways toward the group like falling debris.

Denji misses most of them but snatches one woman out of the air at the last moment. The Fake Chainsaw Man sneers that he only bothered because she happened to be female. The taunt pricks Yoru's pride, and rather than answer Denji's plea for backup, she blows the rescued woman's arm apart and drops her back among the others. Stunned, Denji accuses her of being a Devil the whole time, and Yoru needles him with the claim that she is the only woman he could ever require.
