Summary

Realizing his right arm is gone and the Locust Devil still breathes, Denji asks Asa what the creature is about and gets only a vague answer. The Locust Devil rushes him, is swatted back, then snares him with its intestine scarf and slings him through a row of buildings. Pinned under the wreckage, Denji cannot move while the Locust Devil sends swarm after swarm of locusts crashing down on him.

Having mended enough from her wounds, Asa tosses Denji his torn-off arm. He uses the chains hanging from it to drag the Locust Devil close and ends it for good. Eating the body, he tells Asa, who asks if he is okay, that the devil tastes of shrimp. She smiles, but Yoru instantly hijacks her again and fires Denji through another building, ripping away his left arm. Denji complains the shot is unfair, and Yoru answers with another blast that flings him into a flock of pigeons and shreds both his legs. Apparently unable to move, he looks on as she walks up and lines up one more shot.
