In the ninetieth chapter, Pochita revives Power as a blood devil to save Denji. She unleashes a storm of blood weapons on Makima, who retaliates with Angel's century-forged sword and a zombie horde, finally forcing Power to surrender Chainsaw Man.
Power lies asleep atop a heap of blood and guts, grumbling as Pochita prods her with a paw. Waking, she recognizes him from Denji's stories. Pochita tells her she was never truly dead; she survives as the blood Denji once drank, and without action she will fade. He asks her to consume his flesh and become a devil once more, and she gladly accepts. Down on the ground, Makima approaches Chainsaw Man's body with a dozen Public Safety members behind her, and Power erupts from his mouth as the blood devil.
Power crows that she is strongest while blood weapons burst from Makima and her troops. Bloodied, Makima draws on Angel's power to forge a sword from a hundred years as Power answers with 'Thousand Tera Blood Rain,' raining dozens of weapons down on her. Power taunts and rambles, branding Makima trash and herself the first president, until Makima summons the Zombie Devil, which turns the slain Public Safety members into zombies.
The zombies swarm and bite Power, and a finger-gun shot from Makima blows off her left arm. Asked how she still lives, Power refuses to answer and lunges back to grab Chainsaw Man, declaring the prize hers; a shot from Makima strikes her in the back. Makima demands he be handed over, threatening death but offering to keep Power as her pet. This time Power complies, hoisting him up while claiming she captured him herself, and a baffled Pochita can only stare as she boasts that all the glory is hers.
Pochita wakes Power, explains she lingers only as Denji's drunk blood, and convinces her to devour his flesh so she returns as the blood devil. She bursts from Chainsaw Man and showers Makima and Public Safety with a 'Thousand Tera Blood Rain.' Makima counters with Angel's century-old sword and raises the dead via the Zombie Devil. After losing an arm, Power surrenders Chainsaw Man to Makima while bragging that she captured him.
