Blagojević is built tall, lean, and muscular, his hair combed tidily and small round dots inked above and below either eye. He goes about wearing nothing more than a speedo.

An oddball through and through, he saunters over to Okarun and Aira just to proclaim his conviction that, at his core, the heart inside him belongs to a water flea.

Holding all but one of the six curses that would free the Fairy-Tale Card's power, Vlad warned the Dragon Knights that Okarun carried the final one, the Adventures of Pinocchio curse rooted in his Turbo Granny abilities. Once the knights tracked the boy down at the Super Amusement Park, the captain slid up to him and Aira in sea lion shape mid-embrace, twice declaring that his heart was a water flea's. When the knights moved to wrench Okarun's power away, he opened the fight by glazing the floor so the two teens couldn't keep their footing, then shot ahead to flatten them. Circling the aquarium, he rammed Okarun again and again and flung him skyward before shedding his beast form to overpower him bare-handed and cap it with his Boomerang Briefs, hurling Okarun into a wall.

He named himself captain of the Second Company and ordered the beaten boy to yield. Gillesderais' Black Haircutter sliced through Aira's Acrobatic Silky counter, and when a subordinate brought word that Momo and Jiji had been seized while Bamora and Kinta had vanished, Okarun kept shouting that Turbo Granny's powers had left him. Told to torture the boy, Blagojević was yanking his hair when Yatagarasu, a barber out of Futakori Barbershop, strolled in baffled by the frozen ground and the bizarre hairdos. The knights swung hockey sticks at the barber, only for Yatagarasu to kick them away and send Blagojević skidding off. When Aira accidentally splintered the floorboards with her hair, he glided across the jagged surface and re-iced it with water to make it slicker, earning Aira a scolding from Yatagarasu for misreading the plan.
