Clown Dragon Knight

A grotesque clown mask defines his head, its eyes ringed by deep concentric spirals and framed by exaggerated lashes, while rounded cheeks bear matching swirl patterns and a fixed grin reveals a row of stiff fake teeth. Crowning all of this is a massive curly afro topped by a comically small hat.

His build is just as cartoonish. A swollen belly bulges out over spindly arms and legs, and he goes about almost bare, dressed only in a frilled neck ruff paired with knee-high socks and flat slip-on shoes.

Vanity is his defining trait. He loves to crow over his accomplishments and proclaims himself a genius for pulling off the resurrection of long-dead dinosaurs, a boast that grates on the colleagues forced to listen.

His true threat lies in a fusion of science and the supernatural. He has mastered a branch of virology tied to necromancy, having built an abnormal virus that can grow living flesh out of the leftover memories sealed inside ancient bones. Paired with Cagliostro's spirit magic, this engineered pathogen let him raise dinosaurs from the fossils displayed at the Super Amusement Park. Like other Dragon Knights, he also wields Spiritual Power.
