The Kettetsu Power User is a minor antagonist in Dandadan's Kozuka Knives Arc. A middle-aged salaryman serving Red Baron, he is granted the yokai Kettetsu's iron-body power and sent to steal Seiko Ayase's abilities, driven by a wish to cure his dying wife.
In his ordinary human form he is a man with a soft, pudgy face, a large nose, and dark hair combed neatly into place, with glasses over his eyes. His clothing is standard office wear: a collared shirt and tie under a suit jacket, matching trousers, and dark shoes. When transformed he takes on the towering iron bull shape of Kettetsu.
Stripped of the bravado his Kettetsu form lends him, the man buckles under pressure. Beaten by Seiko, he panics and pleads for his life, spilling details of his mission to avoid harm. In his youth, shyness around women left him struggling to connect with anyone. Once married, he came to treasure his wife deeply and would do anything for her, which is why he accepted the assignment from a shadowy figure in exchange for a single promised wish: saving her from her fate.
Seeing the jiangshi struggle to pin Seiko, the transformed Power User hurls himself at her like a cannonball, slamming her into a pillar. He reveals that his body is iron and only hardens with every blow, then kicks her into a wall and rains down punches. After downing her, he draws a kozuka knife and offers to spare her if she concedes, only for Payase and Kashimoto to strike him with a combined blow and step in as his next opponents.
The fight escalates as the Power User shrugs off Payase's shadow and Kashimoto's spirit-charged punches, even craving more punishment while boasting of reaching an Ultimate Hotness. He grabs Seiko in a bear hug and demands her surrender, but Kashimoto's relentless Ice Flames leave the iron brittle, and Payase suddenly shears off his arms, freeing her. Kashimoto explains the cold made the metal vulnerable, and Seiko destroys his Kettetsu form with a talisman before he can reveal who is truly behind the scheme.
Crumbling back into a salaryman, he begs for mercy and shows a message from an orchestrator naming Seiko as his target. He produces several kozuka knives, identified as blades tied to the cursed sword Asura that was stolen five years earlier, and admits he attacked for the promise of a wish. He confesses his wife has under a year to live, that he was destined to be alone until she patiently waited for him, and that he would seize any sliver of a chance to save her. He recalls being recruited by a coworker who, mysteriously, left no trace in the company records or anyone's memory. When officer Masamichi Vega questions the staff, the man points him toward the salaryman, recalling that Seiko, Payase, and Kashimoto had already paid and left.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
