Personality

By Mantisian's account, Ludris has a soft spot for attractive women and claims it is a privilege that Seiko and Momo struck him with their kicks, glad to help mend their house. His true reaction tells another story: the kicks from Momo and Seiko actually leave him fuming, yet he repairs the place regardless, honoring the deal he made with Mantisian.

History

Back from the spa, Ludris greets the group amid the wreckage of the Ayase residence, where Momo and Seiko promptly boot him away and rile him up. Okarun, Aira, Mantisian, and Chiquitita then arrive, and Mantisian presents Ludris as a construction specialist. After Momo apologizes, the crew takes up his nanoskin, a lattice of ultradense nanomachines that reads brain signals and renders thoughts, and rebuilds the house with it. Later, asked to fetch Seiko by spaceship to fight the Kur, Mantisian admits the craft is really Ludris', who happened to be on Earth by sheer luck. Rokuro Serpo reacts with awe, since the all-knowing wanderer is nearly impossible to meet even once, and marvels that Momo got away with kicking him.
