Overview

This gadget is a piece of Serpo engineering whose job is to repair tampered data inside Serpo clones. When a clone's programming gets overwritten with hostile code, pressing the device against it restores the original information. Despite the advanced purpose, the tool is indistinguishable from a everyday household iron.

Function

The iron reverses data corruption in clones by sandwiching the target between two of the devices, forcing the altered code to revert. Momo and Rokuro Serpo relied on it during the clash with Imotako, using paired irons to crush hacked clones from opposite sides and snap them back to their proper Serpo forms.

When Rokuro arrived at Moe Moe Kikoho to protect Momo, he tossed her one of the irons and told her to pin the corrupted clones between them. Confused about teaming with him but pressed by the advancing horde, she used her powers to help flatten an enemy clone, which reverted to a regular Serpo. After Rokuro explained an unknown Kur had rewritten the clones' data, the pair kept battering foes back to normal and rolled out the Awesome Zone once three clones were restored, evening the numbers for a heavy fight. A ceiling-bound alien soon pierced a fresh clone to make it attack Momo; two Serpo reverted it with the iron but were then struck down by the Imotako Kur. As the team was overwhelmed and Momo neared defeat, she unleashed a massive energy burst that erased both the hacked clones and the Imotako Kur, naming it the Moe Moe Tri-Beam and ending the battle. Rokuro Serpo and the wider Serpo are the device's owners.
