Chapter 127 stages the float battle against the living school. Seiko has Momo hold the building off and pushes Rin to sing out her grief. Rin recovers her voice, rebuilds the barrier, and silently apologizes to Mai, drawing the Onbusuman out from her back.
Seized by the living school building, Seiko directs Momo to hold the structure back with her psychic abilities so it cannot flatten the group or their float, while Okarun is told to fend off the Ninomiya. Seiko also orders Rin to sing, but the girl keeps feeling ill, unable to push thoughts of Mai aside. After Seiko urges her to channel every bottled-up feeling into the song, Rin finds her voice once more and rebuilds the protective barrier. With the float rolling again, Momo softens Seiko and Okarun's fall with her powers and praises Rin's gift for singing. As she sings, Rin silently tells Mai she had genuinely longed to become an idol beside her, and the words call the Onbusuman into view.
The clash pits Momo, Seiko, Okarun, Rin, and the Brave Force against the Shining School Building and the Ninomiya Death Road Kinjiros. As they shield the float from the animated statues, Seiko shouts for Rin to pour her painful feelings into music. Rin takes up the microphone and begins to sing, restoring the mesh barrier and driving back the lumbering building, while the onbusuman swells out from her back.
