The one hundred sixty-fourth Dandadan chapter, set in the Danmara Arc. In the hospital Unji explains the cursed trunk to Vega, then Seiko treats the delinquents to a meal where Momo's shrunken state is teased and accepted by her friends, and Seiko vows to find a way to return the girl to her normal size.
At the hospital, with the authorities now reporting the incident at the Renjaku Apartment Complex, Vega presses Unji over why he hid the cursed trunk and his umbrella abilities. Unji counters that no one, the detective included, would have swallowed such a tale, then explains that the old man he came across in their home had been the trunk's captive since boyhood, so he took pity and let the man stay. When Vega gripes about being kept in the dark, Unji notes he passed word of his absence to Baison. Although this is news to Vega, he admits he already knew Unji had been around after spotting his name among the lost and found entries. Unji recalls coming to retrieve the kintama because someone had told him it mattered for joining the game, though he cannot remember who. The elderly prisoner then shows up alongside his gang, and Unji warns them not to crowd in all at once and disturb the other patients.
Over at Goro Stamina Booster, Seiko treats the Renjaku High students to a meal, grumbling that the bill will swallow a full paycheck and ordering everyone to eat their fill so the money is not wasted. Tiny Momo strikes Aira as adorable, and Aira delights in playing with her in the dollhouse, to Momo's annoyance. Jiji wonders why Momo never reached out to him, and Okarun apologizes, explaining his rush to rescue her. Jiji presses Momo to promise she will rely on him rather than lean only on Okarun, and the pair flush at the memory of Okarun's confession. Backed by Aira and Kinta, who urge her to count on them too, Momo agrees once Jiji tells her how much she matters, something Okarun quietly registers. Mai then scoffs that no more troublemakers are needed since she and Rin are enough, igniting a spat with Aira. After Momo declares herself fully healed, Jiji asks Seiko how to restore her, but Seiko confesses she has no fix. Grateful to Okarun and Turbo Granny, who freed Momo and stayed beside her, she vows to Okarun that they will return Momo to normal whatever it takes.
Sharing a hospital room, Unji says sorry to Vega for what he did, though Saint-Germain slips from his memory. Seiko foots the bill for the whole gang at the diner and tells them to eat up.
Momo's companions take in her tiny new form, and Jiji pleads with her to call for aid next time rather than handle things solo. Both she and Okarun think back to her wish for a proper redo of the confession. Grateful for the aid Okarun and Turbo Granny gave, Seiko pledges to change Momo back.
