Summary

When the mummy vessel shatters, the real alien shape of Mr. Dris surfaces and his powers shut off. Okarun and Momo see the road return, then freeze as a huge whale-like mass drops toward them, scrambling to summon the Oni Club so it cannot crush them. The collision rattles the dimension, and the Serpo mock their fallen ally for ignoring their warning that shedding his human body left him defenseless against this planet's gravity. As they pull back, that gravity caves in on Mr. Dris until he bursts, collapsing the Empty Space. The teens reappear outside, neither aware that Momo instinctively raised a psychic barrier to guard them. She hands the win to Okarun, but he credits her nerve and quick judgment even without memories, relieved she is still herself, then carries her when her legs fail. Riding along, she admits aliens are real to her now.

In a Shimane hospital room, a recovering Seiko wakes to Turbo Granny curled beside her. Her first concern is the maneki-neko doll and whether it has fed enough; Turbo Granny says it more or less has, grumbling that whoever she drains tastes unpleasant.
