Chapter 235 of Dandadan unveils the barber as Yatagarasu, who routs the Dragon Knights and partners with Aira to weave an artificial turf from her hair, countering Blagojevic's icy floor before launching Gillesderais skyward.
Gillesderais orders the barber to give his name and explain why he barged in. When the barber breezily says he is only a barber curious about their odd hairstyles, a Dragon Knight clubs his head and the group surrounds him. Aira begs them to spare the stranger, but Gillesderais blocks her, bent on ending their duel, while Blagojevic keeps pounding the badly hurt Okarun. Before Gillesderais can act, several knights are hurled across the floor, leaving everyone amazed. The barber leaps in and, with one mighty kick, sends Gillesderais, Blagojevic and the whole squad flying.
Gillesderais sees that the barber has real fighting ability, but after watching him slip on landing, dismisses him as a fool and charges with the huge scissors. The barber parries using his ordinary scissors, barely dodging a slice as Gillesderais clamps the blades closed with a foot, then vaults off them to kick the knight into a wall. He tells Aira to drive her Acrobatic Silky hair into the ground. First, though, Aira asks who he is. He gives his name as Yatagarasu, says he was asked to back her and her allies, and promises that Bamora and Kinta are unharmed at his shop.
Trusting him, Aira spears her hair into the floor to crack it, assuming he wants the slick surface gone, but Blagojevic skates across and refreezes it. Yatagarasu chides her for making the ground even harder to stand on, then has her sink several locks of hair into it. He snips the strands and fans them out into a "carpet" over the slippery floor for grip. Gillesderais sneers that a pile of hair will only worsen the footing and questions his barber credentials, yet as he advances he loses his balance, crashes down and drops his scissors. Yatagarasu explains he has shaped an "artificial turf" using Aira's own hair, firmly rooted and offering better traction, then grabs the knight from behind, shouts "Shoryuken," and rockets him upward with a powerful uppercut.
Yatagarasu joins forces with Aira, the two crafting an artificial turf out of her hair to counter Blagojevic's frozen floor. He also confirms that the missing Bamora and Kinta are safe inside his shop.
A Six Curses Arc chapter that reveals the barber's identity as Yatagarasu and showcases his teamwork with Aira against the Dragon Knights.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
