Chapter seventy-three of Dandadan gathers the cast at the Ayase home for a tense shared meal, where Momo and Aira still treat Bamora as a threat and jealousy simmers. The night ends when Jiji climbs into Bamora's kaiju suit and unwittingly broadcasts a signal to a deadly alien crew.
Around the dinner table, Aira bristles at sharing a meal with Bamora, who nearly killed her, while Jiji's excuse that the girl is simply pretty earns him a scolding. Seiko chats at Kinta without recognizing him as he gawks at the talking maneki-neko doll digging into its food. When Aira fumes over Bamora ignoring her, Kinta explains that the alien cannot grasp human speech and begs forgiveness on her behalf. Okarun fills the group in: Mantisian is still building the translator, and once it works the confusion should lift, since Bamora's whole reason for fighting was to find a husband stronger than herself. That revelation stuns Momo and Aira, who insist they were the ones who beat her, not Okarun, while Kinta again angles for credit by claiming he wore her down first.
As Okarun helps feed Bamora, he notices Momo glaring but only comments on her enormous appetite, which prompts her to ask if that is truly all he picked up on. Momo plants herself beside him and shoots looks at Bamora, who mirrors the expressions right back. Soon Momo's overeating leaves her with a stomachache she pins on Okarun. She asks whether Bamora holds the kintama, and Okarun admits that without understanding her they cannot be sure. Momo cautions him to keep treating Bamora as an enemy and to stay alert after the earlier kiss. He agrees, though her doubtful stare makes him avoid eye contact to seem less guilty. The two are then called outside by Jiji to examine the kaiju suit he and Kinta found fascinating.
After Bamora unintentionally grants Jiji permission to put on the suit, he accidentally triggers it to fire off an alert. The signal reaches the powerful alien who recently dealt with the Serpo, along with several others lurking in shadow, including Hastur and members of the Kur advance unit. The chapter runs in Volume 9 under the Kaiju Arc and the Kintama Hunt Saga, released September 13, 2022. Bamora's Ugaritic dialogue includes a panicked Don't do it, while her exosuit's heads-up display flashes terms such as Sumerian, Lamb, and Earthling.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
