Summary

Following the Serpo's guidance, Momo tries to wrench Imotako down from the ceiling, but the creature shrugs off her telekinetic grip. The Serpo insists hauling it into their dimension is hopeless and that she must strike it head on with her power. Momo protests that her abilities have no offensive use, and Imotako's tentacles begin flinging her around the room. Meanwhile more Serpo fall under mind control, thinning the unaltered ranks.

Key Events

Battered and starting to black out, Momo despairs at being unable to fight without Okarun. A flash of Miko mocking her clumsy tea service gives way to a deeper childhood memory of Seiko coaching her to bend reality through spoken words while kicking a sandbag. When young Momo named Nessie as the strongest creature alive, Seiko christened her bat with that name and used it to send the sandbag rocketing off the house, demonstrating the technique. Recalling the Moe Moe Tri-Beam she once performed with her friends jolts Momo awake. Now the sole target dangling from Imotako's tentacles, she shapes a heart with her hands and unleashes a psychic burst that drives the controlled Serpo back, then fires a second blast at the alien while shouting Moe Moe Tri-Beam, shattering its body.
