Initiate! The Road to Counterattack!

A mailman pedals up to the Ayase residence with a delivery for Seiko, only to lose track of where the house has gone. When he ends up steering the mobile Ayase home, its lurching, reckless course sends the three kids sliding around inside, and the gripes from Momo and Aira about it grate on Mantisian, who tells them to knock it off. The Family eventually reaches the Serpo's chosen spot. Noting nothing remains of what she suspects was Nagi Hospital, Momo is reminded by the Serpo that her own actions leveled it last time.

The Serpo explains the area naturally scrambles radio waves, so they cannot be located here, then has Jiji lift a metal sheet to expose an underground bunker stocked with roughly a week's worth of food and water. Wary of a setup, Aira warns of a possible ambush, but Momo heads inside with Mantisian and tells her not to worry. Within, floating shell devices appear and Momo braces for the trap, alarmed to recognize Imotako, an enemy she once battled.

The Serpo clarifies the figure is a hologram cast by combat-use simulators meant to drill the group through five days of practice fights, which impresses Momo despite her distrust of him. Once the simulator scans Aira, Jiji, and Okarun, the sheer number of foes they must beat leaves her stunned.
