The Flute Demon is an antagonist who appears only in the series' special one-shot, a creature who dreamed of earning a place among the Twelve Kizuki. He slaughtered a group of Demon Slayers and civilians before facing a young Kyojuro Rengoku, who put an end to his ambitions.
The Flute Demon resembles an elderly man with deeply wrinkled skin and extremely long, downward-slanting black eyebrows. His narrow eyes have thin slit pupils and his mouth holds pointed fangs, lending him a serpent-like look. He dresses in a flower-patterned sleeveless robe tied to one side, a long white kimono with thick black cuffs, dark wide-legged trousers, geta sandals, and a drooping black cap finished with a tassel.
Like most demons, the Flute Demon is murderous and contemptuous of humans. He openly displays the bodies of the slayers he has killed and taunts Kyojuro that he can soon join his dead comrades. He boasts of devouring children and even mocks one survivor cowering before him. Supremely confident in his own power, he is certain he is destined to join the Twelve Kizuki, a conviction that makes his swift defeat all the more jarring to him.
The Flute Demon is far stronger than an ordinary demon, having developed a personal Blood Demon Art and killed nine Demon Slayers. His power centers on a flute he conjures and plays. Its sound scrambles a listener's nervous system so that trying to move a foot makes the head move instead, and trying to move a hand makes the foot move, leaving even trained fighters helpless. He can also summon two black wolf-like beasts and command them to tear his enemies apart. Even so, he proves no match for Kyojuro, who ruptures his own eardrums to escape the flute's effect and then beheads the demon with Flame Breathing.

Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle earned $778 million globally and nearly 40 billion yen in Japan, but it still couldn't top Mugen Train's domestic record. Here's why that barely matters....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
