Senri Ubuyashiki

As a child, Senri looked nearly identical to his brothers, distinguished mainly by a differently colored kimono and bangs parted down the center. His face wore a furious glare, and dark circles sat beneath his eyes, signs of the resentment that defined him.

In contrast to the gentle Kagaya or the timid Akito, Senri was unstable and full of bitterness, fiercely hating the family curse that doomed him to a short life. He also despised the custom of wearing female clothing to hold the curse at bay, possibly feeling it stripped him of his identity. His resentment deepened after his father's suicide, eventually pushing him to take his own life and his younger brother's by fire.

Within his own Ubuyashiki generation, Senri stood as the middle son. He mourned his brief lifespan and refused the family's tradition of female dress meant to slow the curse, while his grip on his sanity steadily slipped under the weight of fear. After his father took his own life, Senri spent his days cursing his mother and his older brother.

In the end he led his younger brother Akito into setting the mansion on fire, forcing a double suicide. Their mother perished in the blaze while trying to rescue them, leaving Kagaya as the family's lone survivor.
