Tojuro Rengoku

Tojuro looks remarkably like his forebear Senjuro and the late Flame Hashira Kyojuro. He shares their golden, shoulder-length hair tipped in red, the same black forked eyebrows, and gold eyes set with red irises.

Much like Kyojuro, Tojuro radiates buoyant optimism and tends to wear an eager grin. He offers thanks even when he is being insulted and is described as having a very strong heart. Kendo is his great passion, and the supplementary material notes that he loses track of his surroundings entirely while training with his school's kendo club.

Tojuro features only in the closing chapter set well after the main events. Heading to school, he falls in with his friend Sumihiko Kamado, who is surprised the usually punctual Tojuro is running late. Tojuro explains he rose at four in the morning and lost himself so completely in practice that he heard nothing until his father struck him to get his attention. When a police car pulls up carrying Sanehiro Shinazugawa alongside the reincarnated Genya Shinazugawa, and the officers order the boys to halt, Tojuro brushes it off and keeps talking, encouraging Sumihiko to join a sports club because he would excel at it.

The two race onward as the officers keep shouting after them. Reaching their high school, they find the principal, a descendant of Murata, demanding the gate be shut early because Sumihiko is a repeat latecomer. With minutes still on the clock the gate begins to close anyway, and the pair vault clean over it, landing inside just in time.
