Kiruka Hasaki, who fights as Slice, backs Nine in Heroes: Rising and treats her own hair as an arsenal. She hardens it into blades, fires it like needles, and walks on it. Society pushed her out for the power she was born with, so she signed on to build a world where power is the only thing that counts.
The red hair is the centerpiece and the weapon. It falls straight and glossy past her thighs at the back, bound together at the ends, while two front strands run long enough to pass her feet and loop back up behind her knees. Chin-length bangs cover part of her right eye. What shows beneath is fair skin, inward-sloping blue eyes, and full, glossy lips.
She dresses in layers of purple and navy. A frill-cuffed pale purple blouse sits under a short navy dress whose neckline plunges to the waistline, held by a thick brown belt buckled at three points, with a pearl necklace at the throat. Dark red gloves, frilled purple thigh-highs, and black boots with knee-high projections strapped down at the calf complete it, along with a black choker marked by a red dot and a domino mask.
She fights with her chin up, needling Tsukuyomi through their entire bout, and she has no reservations about leveling whatever stands around her. Children are not off the table either. She activated her Quirk as a threat while demanding Katsuma Shimano hand himself over.
That said, the group matters to her. She frets over Nine after his first run-in with Deku and Katsuki Bakugo, and works smoothly with the rest of the team. Being shunned for the strength she was born with is what put her there, and the world she wants is one where that strength would be the only measure applied. Her hair is the personal line. When Pinky melted it, the composure vanished into fury.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Slice gives her command over her own hair. She moves it, stiffens it, stretches it, and sharpens it at will. Bundled, it cuts. Fired loose, individual strands travel like needles and cover a wide area at once. Massed, it shields her, and long locks work as stilts when she wants height or distance. She regrows what she spends almost instantly. The catch is that the hair keeps its ordinary chemistry no matter what she does to it, so anything corrosive ruins it, and the regrowth stops along with it.
Her equipment is built for the same close range: gloves with retractable metal claws, boots that project large blades from the soles, and a flare gun for signaling a retreat. She is agile enough to swing all of it without shearing through her own hair, and her stamina holds through long, movement-heavy fights. Her judgment is sound too, and if her Quirk is ever weakened, that whole fighting style comes apart with it.
Arriving at Nabu Island, she wrecked every boat in the harbor before her team came ashore. Split off from Nine and Chimera by Supernova and Creati's bombardment, she dropped into a cavern and held her own against Tsukuyomi and Pinky at once, matching him even while Black Abyss had Dark Shadow at its peak. Acid Shot changed the math. Her hair came apart, and although she still pinned Mina and kept Tsukuyomi off her, hurting Mina sent him into a rage that let Dark Shadow go berserk. Outmatched and unable to win in that state, she brought the ceiling down on both of them, trading her own condition for one fewer hero in her team's way.
Kiruka Hasaki, who fights under the alias Slice, is a villain in My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising who backs the film's antagonist Nine and turns her own hair into a weapon.
Kiruka Hasaki's Quirk is Slice, which lets her stiffen, stretch, and sharpen her own hair into blades, needles, shields, or stilts, with the hair regrowing almost instantly after use.
After Pinky's Acid Shot dissolved much of her hair, Kiruka Hasaki was unable to safely beat Tsukuyomi and Pinky together, so she brought down the cavern ceiling on herself and her opponents to take a hero out of the fight; she ultimately ends up imprisoned.
Kiruka Hasaki carries a flare gun for signaling retreat, along with gloves fitted with retractable metal claws and boots that project large blades from the soles.
Kiruka Hasaki joined Nine's group because society had shunned her for the power she was born with, and she wanted to help build a world where that strength would be the only thing that mattered.
