Futo Nagashira

Blond hair piled into a tall beehive dominates Futo's look. His face is roundish, his eyes small and thin, and his thick eyebrows angle downward almost permanently. He appears to be of ordinary height, and he is never seen out of his U.A. gym uniform.

The business course shapes how Futo sees everything. He pours his talents into the commercial side of heroics, measuring figures like Izuku Midoriya by how marketable they are, an instinct on display at the U.A. Sports Festival. Underneath the calculation sits real conviction. He pushed back on Maina Furasu when she questioned filming the heroes fight during the Final War, wanting the public to understand what their victory actually took and why it happened, and he regrets not starting the work sooner given how completely Japan turned on Endeavor.

Futo debuts among the spectators at the U.A. Sports Festival and is usually found alongside his peers Ronaudo Keage and Komako Masu. During the Final War he and the rest of the business course document the fighting, which becomes their contribution to the outcome. After the war he moves up a year.
