Wataru Matsumi

Wataru Matsumi worked on the animated adaptation of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes card game series, serving as director on several key episodes. He helmed episodes 27 and 30 from the Universe Creation Saga, including "Rampaging Terror! The Return of Evil Aura!" and "Reborn Evil! Birth of Dark King Fu." He also directed the 10th Anniversary Special episode and handled the opening episode of the New Space-Time War Saga, "New Space-Time War! The Ultimate Fierce Battle Begins!" Beyond his directorial work, Matsumi contributed storyboards and served as an assistant episode director on numerous episodes, playing an important role in bringing the Heroes storyline to animation.
