Built like a huge rectangle with tan skin and surprisingly thin arms and legs, he dresses in a purple-and-black shirt over a white undershirt, red suspenders, baggy brown trousers, a striped cap, and the trademark Foxy mask. For the Run Roller Around race he donned the Foxy Devils uniform and crawling, track-like skates that barely budged.
Quiet to the point of near-muteness, he speaks only to warn opponents that they will not get past him, and when they inevitably do, he scarcely reacts. Sharp wits are plainly not among his gifts.
