Yazaemon

Roughly average in height but permanently stooped, Yazaemon rests his hands on the ground in a crouched posture. Bandages wrap his entire face, leaving only a pair of red eyes visible. A straw snow cape topped with a tube covers him, worn over a blue kimono patterned in hash marks and cut with notably puffy sleeves.

Throughout his time in the Oniwabanshu, Yazaemon showed steady loyalty to Kurozumi Orochi, a devotion that held right up until the shogun met his end.

In keeping with the rest of the Oniwabanshu, Yazaemon possesses formidable stealth, demonstrated when his whole group managed to creep up on Nico Robin undetected. His listed specialty is the Arrow. The anime expands his arsenal non-canonically, letting him fire paper-like bindings from his arms and loose volleys of arrows from the tube atop his head. He took part in the Oniwabanshu's confrontation with the geisha O-Robi during a banquet at Orochi Castle, only for the target to prove a Hana Hana no Mi decoy, prompting Fukurokuju to send the ninja searching the hall for the genuine Robin. The group later escorted Orochi to Onigashima for the Fire Festival feast, where Kaidou slew the shogun, after which Fukurokuju swore the Oniwabanshu over to the Beasts Pirates.
