Though he has flawless vision, Best Tiger dons a blindfold to sharpen the challenge, relying on a heightened sixth sense that lets him track foes and obstacles unseen. He operates at the peak of human agility, reflexes, and conditioning, leaping between buildings to dodge attacks with acrobatic ease.

His true specialty is marksmanship: even blinded he lands precise shots and bounces bullets off the environment to strike from unexpected angles, as when he ricochets a round to send Capevincible flying during the Invincible War in Hong Kong. A capable hand-to-hand fighter and sharp tactician, he adapts fast and decides efficiently under pressure.
