Pete is a guard stationed at the Global Defense Agency's prison, an ordinary human tasked with watching over some of Invincible's most dangerous inmates. His run-ins with the Mauler Twins make him a recurring, and frequently unlucky, background face.
Pete is a fair-skinned man with blond hair and green eyes, usually seen in his prison guard uniform. After the Maulers injure him during their first breakout, he spends a stretch with his arm in a cast.
The show gives him little in the way of interior life, but Pete reads as a weary, put-upon everyman, quietly resentful of the inmates who torment him yet keeping his head down to get through the shift.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
On chicken pot pie night, Pete is passing meals through the cell doors when he reaches one of the Mauler Twins. As he slides the food into the pass slot, Robot, watching through the cameras, hacks the mechanism and opens the far side, letting the Mauler seize Pete's arm, slam him against the cell, and knock him out while breaking the limb, then use that broken arm to spring both twins loose.
After Invincible and Omni-Man's clash, the Maulers are recaptured, and Pete looks on, arm in a cast, as one is returned to his cell with a smug grin. About a month later he is caught talking with the pair, who scold him over the poor food, mock-apologize for nearly cracking his skull, and warn him to feed them better, until a sudden portal opens behind them and Pete sounds the alarm.
