Throwbolt

Slender and athletic, Throwbolt is a young woman whose blonde hair rises into a faux-hawk over thin dark brows and blue eyes. Once she channels her power, a yellow radiance sweeps across her, and the color drains from her eyes until they glow a solid white.

For a costume she favors a snug, sleeveless bodysuit in yellow, its high collar and white detailing broken up by two bold lightning marks over the chest. Matching yellow boots and yellow gloves, each cuffed with a white band at the wrist, finish the look.

Eager for a slot on the rebuilt Guardians, Throwbolt drew Black Samson as her tryout opponent. A well-aimed bolt knocked out his jetpack and grounded him, but he weaved through her follow-up attacks and dropped her with one punch. He helped her to her feet, the pair lifted their arms to a cheering crowd, and yet Robot left her name off the final lineup.

Later she was among the heroes seized by Doc Seismic and held underground until Darkwing II and the ReAnimen broke them loose, whereupon she turned her lightning on his henchmen. During the second day of the Invincible War, Brit teleported her into the chaos, and she struck Capvincible with a bolt while fighting beside Kid Omni-Man and Bug-Eye; together they downed Hairvincible, all three left badly wounded. Afterward she aided the New York City relief effort, kneeling over a slain civilian as Powerplex railed that the ruin was Invincible's doing.

Her signature gift is electrokinesis, the power to fling fierce bolts of electricity at anyone she faces. Alongside it she has flashed real toughness, shrugging off a heavy hit from Black Samson in her brief screen time without any wound to show for it.
