Appearance
Three bovine horns jut from the dark grey gas mask covering his face, whose respirator holes glow red as his Quirk prepares to fire. Under it hangs an oversized suit, pale green and stitched throughout, wrapped around a hulking, obese frame. His boots are small and black.
Personality
Practically nothing about him has surfaced. Counting himself among villains ready to take on U.A. High School's staff does imply he rates his own abilities highly.
History
He took his place in the firing squad among villains trying to overwhelm Eraser Head, readying his Quirk beside Needle Hair and Victor. Erasure cut all three off before anything landed, and the hero's Binding Cloth work dispatched them easily. Arrest followed once the professionals reached the facility.
Mutant Bovini fires lasers from his face, suiting the mid to long-range slot he filled. His villain name comes only from The Strongest Hero.
