Victor is one of the roughly seventy small-time criminals Tomura Shigaraki signed on for the League of Villains raid on the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. Assigned to the strike's ranged unit, he can fire rounds straight from his fingers, though the trick failed him twice in the same afternoon and landed him in a cell.
Most of his head disappears behind a metal helmet, its only openings a pair of greenish-blue slits where the eyes sit. What the helmet leaves visible is reddish-brown, both the hair and the eyes underneath. His fingertips are the tell: the ends of them have become gun muzzles, reshaped by his own Quirk.
The rest of the look is plain. He pairs a gray tank top with gray trousers, and a pair of gold chains hangs from each wrist. Flashback material shows him as a boy.
Very little of his character makes it onto the page. What the raid does establish is nerve: he signed up knowing the target was staffed by U.A. faculty, which points to a man who rates his own shooting fairly highly. That read holds up when he wakes from a knockout and immediately opens fire on a fresh wave of Pro Heroes rather than staying down, driven more by frustration than by any calculation.
Inside the invaded facility he was slotted into the Shooting Squad, standing with Stitched Giant and Needle Hair as the group's ranged answer to anyone who came at them. Eraser Head charged the mob alone to buy the Class 1-A students room, and the squad lined him up. Erasure switched all three Quirks off before a single round left a barrel, and the Pro Hero swept them aside with his capture weapon.
The blow left Victor out cold for a stretch. He came around just as the rest of the U.A. teachers arrived to end the raid, and he emptied his fingers at them while other criminals rushed in alongside him. The heroes handled the lot of them without difficulty, and Victor was arrested with every other recruit.
He surfaces once more, though not in person. Doctored footage of the fighting at Deika City, circulated during the Meta Liberation Army Arc, presents him and Chomper as villains who had been put down.
Victor is one of roughly seventy small time criminals recruited by Tomura Shigaraki for the League of Villains' raid on U.A.'s Unforeseen Simulation Joint.
Victor has an unnamed Quirk that turns his fingertips into gun muzzles, letting him fire bullets straight from his fingers.
Victor was assigned to the Shooting Squad during the U.S.J. raid, standing alongside Stitched Giant and Needle Hair as the group's ranged fighters.
Eraser Head's Erasure shut off Victor's Quirk before he could fire a shot. After being knocked out and briefly reviving to keep firing, Victor was subdued and arrested along with the rest of the League of Villains recruits.
Victor resurfaces only in doctored footage circulated during the Meta Liberation Army Arc, where manipulated footage from Deika City falsely presents him and Chomper as villains who had been defeated.
