Fever is the 203rd chapter of the One-Punch Man manga and a Ninjas Arc entry. A restored Empty Void heads back to the war against God alongside Blast, while the ninja survivors pester Saitama with a strange request to lead them.
Under the title Fever, this chapter finds Empty Void human once more and resolved to rejoin the fight on the front against the entity called God. Blast, meanwhile, is struck by what Saitama managed to do to Void.
Amazed that Saitama can peel God's power away from those it controls, Blast asks the hero to lend his help down the line. Blast and Void then step into the Rift in Spacetime to press on with their campaign. Some days afterward, the Heavenly Ninja Party continues hounding Saitama, going so far as to beg him to become their leader.
The chapter's Japanese title is フィーバー (Fiba), and it released on May 8, 2025, with Saitama on the cover. Byakko, Genbu, and Kirin round out the appearances alongside the ninja group.
