CereCere is the eldest of the Amazoness Quartet, the flower-scattering troupe bound to the Dead Moon Circus in the Crystal films. Corrupted from her true nature, she is destined to wake in the thirtieth century as Sailor Ceres, leader of the Sailor Quartet who guard the princess Chibiusa.
In her circus guise CereCere gathers her long pink hair into a bun and bow fixed with yellow ribbons. Her costume is a pink bikini strung around the neck and back, worn with a short, faintly sheer skirt patterned in pink, flower-topped bracelets and shoes, and a round jewel resting on her forehead.
Awakened as Sailor Ceres, she shares Sailor Chibi Moon's exact shade of pink, styled in a high bun tied with a bright yellow ribbon and framed by looped ponytails near her ears. Her uniform is a white leotard fronted by a plum chest bow set with a pink star brooch, matched with a stripeless pink collar and choker, rose-shaped earrings, and a gold tiara bearing a pink star. Bubble sleeves, pink-padded gloves, a pink skirt with a white bow, and white knee boots complete the Guardian look.
Written as a counterpart to Sailor Venus of the Inner Guardians, CereCere reads as thoughtful and composed, carrying a feminine poise alongside a careful, observant streak. As the eldest of her group she takes naturally to leading, keeping the others organized and nudging them toward a plan.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Like the rest of the Sailor Quartet, CereCere is a Sailor Guardian at heart, twisted by Queen Nehelenia and forced under Zirconia to serve the Dead Moon Circus as one of the Amazoness Quartet, a captivity that lasts until she wins her freedom. She heads both incarnations of the group, the four sisters fated to one day protect Chibiusa in the thirtieth century.
Within the circus she performs as its trapeze artist, scattering flower petals from high swings, a vantage that lets her survey the entire show. She doubles as the troupe's bouncer, at one point flinging Luna, Artemis, and Diana out of the tent simply for being cats. In combat she strikes by hurling pink petals.
