Overview
Delivering an item directly to whatever the user can see is the power this Paramecia grants, and it sits outside the main canon. Anyone who eats it is called a Delivery Human. The title draws on deribari, how Japanese pronounces the word delivery. Prize is the wielder, and the ability debuted in the live stage show One Piece Premier Show 2018.
Mechanics
The reach of this power is considerable, since the user may fix on any object in view and route something to it, even things far too small or wholly invisible, a virus among them. Hearts are fair game too, letting the wielder pull a rival's heart into their own hold much as Law does with the Ope Ope no Mi. One key limit ties the effect to the user's awareness: knock the wielder unconscious and anything mid-flight stalls, loses its drive, and tumbles out of the sky. Ordinary Devil Fruit weaknesses remain in force. Where the Mato Mato no Mi marks its targets by touch, this fruit locks on purely through sight.
Notable Users
Prize is the only eater, flinging a range of things that includes spears, a virus, and one of Caesar Clown's poison gas bombs. He also plucked out the hearts of Caesar and, afterward, Igaram Jr. to bend them to his purposes. His moves comprise Spear Delivery, a hurled spear that can also tear out a heart, first turned on subordinates who failed to bring back Caesar; Virus Delivery, a thrown virus that leaves victims coughing helplessly, debuted against the Straw Hat Pirates; and Delivery!! Max!, his most focused throw, aimed to launch Caesar's poison gas bomb at a ship of kings fleeing the Levely.
