This Paramecia power lets its holder command whatever they lash with a whip, making them a Training Human. Kujaku is the one who consumed it. The name derives from the Japanese word for whip. The English adaptations title her a Discipline-Woman.

The fruit plants obedience into anything the user whips. Remarkably, the effect reaches even motionless, inanimate things like buildings, so a struck object will carry out an order to move regardless of whether that is physically possible. Whether the taming lasts permanently or fades remains unknown. Apart from the standard Devil Fruit vulnerabilities, no specific weakness has been identified.

Kujaku is the wielder, pairing the ability with her whip named Beethoven to manipulate her environment by issuing spoken commands, often in harsh, abusive language. She holds a natural edge in cityscapes, where abundant large, sturdy objects let her trap crowds of enemies with little warning. The fruit is thematically close to the Kibi Kibi no Mi, Nori Nori no Mi, and non-canon Peto Peto no Mi, all of which compel obedience, yet only the Muchi Muchi no Mi affects inanimate objects. Its power over non-living things also recalls the Soru Soru no Mi and its Homies, though objects she commands gain no personality or human traits.
