Classed among the Paramecia, this fruit hands its eater the bizarre power to grow cannons out of their own head, earning the label of Cannon Human (Taiho Ningen). The English releases render its title as the Barrel-Barrel Fruit, drawing on tsutsu, a Japanese term for the barrel of a gun. Its lone known consumer is Urban, who first showed off the talent during the events of Chapter 1095.

The ability lets the wielder sprout cannon barrels from their cranium and launch explosive shells at whatever they aim toward. Urban routes the discharge through his hat, treating the headwear like the muzzle of the weapon, which suits both brawling and carrying out executions. Beyond the usual handicaps shared by every fruit user, there is an upkeep cost: Urban hauls around a cannon sponge, suggesting the gun components have to be scrubbed clean after each use.

Urban stands as the only person seen with this power. Commentators note how closely it echoes the Buki Buki no Mi, which similarly conjures large firearms out of a body, as well as the non-canon Ute Ute no Mi, another gun-manifesting ability. The name is also unusual for a Devil Fruit, since its first half is built from a quadrupled single katakana, a quirk it shares with the Kuku Kuku no Mi and the Susu Susu no Mi.
