Personality

Warm and easygoing, Irene happily invites strangers into the car she shares with her boyfriend Anakiss, taking in Emporio along with reborn versions of his friends. She seems on far better terms with her father than her counterpart Jolyne ever was, since she is traveling to seek his blessing to marry Anakiss. Much like Jolyne, she slips naturally into a motherly manner toward Emporio.

History

Once the universe is remade following Made in Heaven and Pucci's fall to Emporio, the boy finds himself at an unfamiliar gas station where reincarnated versions of his companions await, among them Eldis, the reborn Ermes, along with Irene and Anakiss. After Emporio and Eldis miss their bus, the couple offers them a lift, reassuring the boy that they mean no harm, and explains that they are heading off to win her father's approval for the marriage. As rain begins, Irene drapes her own jacket over Emporio, and he glimpses the Star Birthmark on her shoulder and tells her his name. They set off, pausing at Irene's request to pick up a wandering Alternate Weather Report.
