Pericolo

Pericolo cuts a compact, weathered figure. His grey hair blends into a connecting beard and mustache that frame a mature face, and one peculiar quirk defines him: an eye that tends to drift, with the two never straying at the same moment. He first surfaces dressed as a cleaner, though a proper suit becomes his standard look for later assignments.

Deep gratitude drives him. The Boss gave him a place when no one else would take him, and he repays that with total dedication to the work, enough that he ends his own life rather than risk exposing the organization once the order comes. He also shares a genuine bond with Bruno Bucciarati, who prizes the veteran's presence and counsel.

The anime softens him further, presenting an unusually warm and likable man despite his line of work. He greets Giorno Giovanna kindly, welcomes him into the gang, and chuckles openly when Mista and Narancia excitedly beg to handle Polpo's treasure.

Disguised as a janitor beside a concealed Trish Una, Pericolo takes possession of Polpo's treasure, tells Bucciarati of his rise to capo, hands over the assignment to guard Trish, then departs. He reappears afterward inside Coco Jumbo, replayed through Abbacchio's Moody Blues.

After relaying that a disc sits hidden within a statue, he burns the photograph marking its location and shoots himself in the head to avoid capture and interrogation by the enemy. The members of Squadra Esecuzioni nonetheless reassemble the charred photo, tracking Bucciarati's group to their next destination.
