The First Order from the Boss

Fresh off Mista's win over Sale, Team Bucciarati regroups in a Capri restroom, where Fugo staples Mista's wound shut to the amusement of Narancia. As Bucciarati prepares to reveal where Polpo's fortune is hidden, two janitors interrupt, and a scuffle erupts before the elder one turns out to be the respected capo Pericolo. Bucciarati had stashed the treasure in the restroom walls with his zippers, and Pericolo, valuing the jewels at billions of lires, promotes him to capo on the spot.

Pericolo then relays the Boss's urgent order: Bucciarati must protect his daughter, who has been posing as the younger janitor. Her name is Trish Una, and her mother Donatella was once the Boss's lover during his days under the alias Solido Naso. Falling ill, Donatella began probing that alias, drawing notice from Passione and, worse, from a rogue team plotting to topple the Boss. Since the assignment originally belonged to the late Polpo, Giorno reasons the traitors must be Stand users.

Once changed, Trish reappears, wiping her hands on Fugo's jacket and rattling off demands like a pampered heiress. As the group departs, Giorno privately concludes that guarding her is his surest path toward the Boss, even as failure would mean death. Elsewhere, the rogue operative Formaggio chats online about how Polpo's death has shifted the job of watching the girl to another capo.

Relocated to a countryside hideout, the team sends Narancia into town alone for groceries, trusting his Stand to sniff out any tail. Back at his car, he finds Formaggio already inside and plays dumb until the assassin summons Little Feet to rake his face. Enraged, Narancia calls out Aerosmith, a tiny fighter plane that sprays gunfire through the cramped cabin. Cornered, Formaggio uses his power to vanish in the blast of Aerosmith's bomb. When Narancia's shoe slips off, the shrunken Formaggio slips into his pocket, spots the women's items among the shopping, and confirms that Trish is under Bucciarati's protection.

The adaptation expands the online exchange among the rogue squad, showing the messages typed in Italian with the members using their real names as handles and offering brief glimpses of Prosciutto, Pesci, Illuso, Ghiaccio, Melone, and Risotto Nero. It also skips Trish's first outfit in favor of a later design and tweaks her look with green eyes.

Several beats are reordered or softened, including Fugo taking off his own shirt at Trish's request and Formaggio behaving more comically during his talk with Narancia. Co-director Yasuhiro Kimura noted that the square where the team meets Pericolo is modeled on the Piazza Umberto I of Capri.
