Mimiko Hasaba

Brown eyes ringed by lashes peer out from beneath an even fringe, and Mimiko shapes the rest of her brown hair into a short bob. A navy sailor fuku forms her usual look, finished with gray socks pulled to the knee and brown loafers, while a stitched doll dangling a noose stays clutched in her grip. Her hair has lengthened to a mid-length cut by the time of the Shibuya Incident. Pictures from her youth show that same cropped style worn with a sleeveless black dress, and the rescue by Geto saw her trade up for a black hoodie, a white skirt, and a paler doll to carry around.

Mimiko mirrors her sister in the affection she feels for Geto, and together the two corner Kenjaku to demand his body be returned. Counted among the man's nearest disciples, she clung to the belief that sorcerers stand above ordinary people, whom she loathed. That bias did not stop her from striking down sorcerers of her own kind whenever she decided it advanced the so-called greater good.

Just how strong Mimiko is has never been pinned down. Through her innate technique a stuffed toy becomes a deadly stand-in: any damage dealt to the doll passes onto her chosen mark, and she leans on hanging as her preferred finish. Aiming for the toy's other parts lets her wound separate vital spots on a victim instead. With this power she once finished off a trio of Jujutsu High assistant managers, doing so without breaking a sweat. The toy and a rope knotted into a noose make up her gear; the inner workings stay obscure, yet the rope is plainly needed for any hanging she performs.
