The students rotate through desperate stands against the special grade Hanami until Yuji, steadied by Todo, finally lands the legendary Black Flash, turning a fight for survival into a coordinated counteroffensive.
Megumi, Toge, and Noritoshi retreat through a building as Hanami's roots give chase. Toge buys distance with cursed speech, Noritoshi follows up with Piercing Blood, and the trio finally wounds the curse by striking the branches on its face. Their plan is to escape the curtain or reach other students, but Toge's throat ruptures under the strain of opposing a foe far stronger than himself. With his support gone, Noritoshi is beaten down, and Toge spends the last of his voice to blast Hanami away before collapsing.
Maki arrives with Kasumi's katana, which shatters against Hanami's arm, but Megumi cuts a facial branch with his black blade cursed tool and confirms the weak point even as it regenerates. He hands Maki the special grade cursed tool Playful Cloud, and a single swing sends Hanami flying. The pair then coordinate with Divine Dog Totality, swapping weapons to slice off the curse's eye branches, until a cursed bud sprouts in Megumi's gut that devours his energy and blocks his jujutsu, and Maki's arm is skewered. As Hanami subdues them, Yuji and Todo crash in to take over, with Panda and Momo evacuating the wounded.
Todo refuses to assist until Yuji produces a Black Flash. Yuji's first attempt fails because he leans on rage, so Todo slaps him and helps him refocus and recognize their bond. A Black Flash is a spatial distortion created when cursed energy meets a hit within a trillionth of a second, delivering far more force than a normal blow and impossible to summon at will. Calm at last, Yuji blitzes Hanami and lands it successfully. Todo praises the growth, comparing Yuji to a chef who finally understands his ingredient. As the duo presses on, Hanami, recalling Mahito's encouragement to embrace his instincts, admits he is enjoying the thrill and reveals his hidden left arm to fight in earnest.
Toge sacrifices his voice to halt Hanami and protect his teammates. Megumi confirms Hanami's facial weak point and arms Maki with Playful Cloud. Megumi and Maki land a combination assault before a cursed bud disables Megumi. Yuji and Todo take over the fight, and Yuji unleashes Black Flash for the first time after Todo helps him let go of his anger. Hanami reveals his concealed arm to escalate the battle.
The episode covers the remainder of Chapter 46 through Chapter 49 and debuts Yuji's Black Flash, Divine Dog Totality, and the cursed tool Playful Cloud. A Juju Stroll short shows Juzo proposing to turn enemies into coat racks, an idea Mahito flatly dismisses.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
