Megumi Fushiguro is the deuteragonist of Jujutsu Kaisen, a grade 2 sorcerer and Tokyo Jujutsu High first-year who studies beside Yuji Itadori and Nobara Kugisaki. A descendant of the Zenin clan and its 27th head, he wields the inherited Ten Shadows Technique.
Megumi is a fairly tall, slender youth with pale skin and eyes, green in the manga and dark blue in the anime, that tilt upward to hint at his sharper, colder streak. His black hair is unmistakable, long spikes shooting outward in all directions, which Kinji Hakari likened to a sea urchin. Gojo caught the likeness to Toji the moment they met, and indeed Megumi carries his late father's features and matching green eyes.
Once the Shinjuku showdown separates him from Sukuna, three scars appear on his face echoing the eyes of Sukuna's incarnation: one beneath his left eye and two more where the second face's eyes had sat. His everyday outfit is the standard school uniform, a dark blue jacket worn above a long-sleeved white shirt, with matching pants that stop above his shins, finished with long black socks and low brown shoes, plus a blue tracksuit for training. As a middle schooler he wore the Saitama Urami East getup, and he once slipped into a black hoodie and pants to sneak through the Gachinko Fight Club unnoticed.
Reserved, distant, and methodical, Megumi keeps a flat expression that makes him seem perpetually grave, a sharp contrast with the loud cheer of Yuji, Nobara, and Gojo that so often grates on him; Yuji has remarked that he always looks faintly irritated. That gravity was there in childhood too, enough for Gojo to doubt he was really a first-grader, and even then he refused to play along with the Zenin Clan unless Tsumiki's happiness was guaranteed.
Gojo's manner annoyed him from the start, and over the years he soured on the whole idea of becoming a sorcerer, seeing little point in saving people he did not count himself among. By middle school his detachment had hardened; uninterested in friendships, he held that decency simply meant not trampling another person's dignity, and he beat down bullies who broke that rule, earning a reputation as the school's worst troublemaker. The turning point came through Gojo, who showed him that his own outlook was the thing keeping him from his potential.
For all his coldness, Megumi acts on a private code and quietly protects those he values. He shoulders responsibility without fanfare, weighing each fight as a problem to be solved rather than a contest of brute force, and his loyalty to Tsumiki and, in time, to Yuji and Nobara anchors him even as the burdens of the Zenin name and the Ten Shadows pile onto his shoulders.
A grade 2 on paper, Megumi holds some of the deepest potential of any student at the school, age aside. From the Zenin he inherited the coveted Ten Shadows Technique, and he enjoys the strongest sorcerer's favor, with Gojo convinced he could one day match him and even outstrip Yuji in skill and ceiling. Mai praised him as a prodigy who entered ranked at grade 2, Noritoshi Kamo judged his inherited art to make age irrelevant and called him steadier than the clan's drunken head, and Sukuna himself fixed his attention on the boy's rare gifts.
Discipline and composure define him; among Gojo's students he is the coolest head and the cleverest planner, which has built a real command of how jujutsu works in practice. He could already call several shikigami and had a firm handle on the Ten Shadows by the time Yuji arrived, and left to track a finger of Sukuna with scant guidance he ran the mission solo, nearly securing it before outside interference threw him off.
His shadows host up to ten potential shikigami, among them the tracking-and-tearing Divine Dogs, the upgraded Divine Dog: Totality that absorbs its fallen twin's strength, and the winged scout Nue. Beyond summoning, the technique lets him slip into shadow and stash objects there. He is also a capable close-range fighter who has never shied from getting in tight, his mind being his most fearsome weapon as he works to outthink rather than overpower whoever stands against him.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
