Chapter 201 of Jujutsu Kaisen, Direct Talks, Part 2, has Kenjaku pushing America to chase cursed energy and abduct Japan's sorcerers. To unlock the firepower he wants, he stages a White House test of jujutsu's raw might.
Kenjaku labors to convince the American leadership of two things: that cursed energy ranks as the coming alternative resource, and that an operation should be mounted to seize jujutsu sorcerers. To make the military commit the force he needs, he stages a demonstration laying bare jujutsu's true power for the uninitiated.
The President asks if Kenjaku truly expects him to authorize abducting Japanese citizens. Cyrus Veil presses on, asserting one sorcerer could supply a lifetime of energy and that an unexplained difference in their brains lets their abilities break modern science. Research samples are vital, he says, though the President recoils at human experimentation. Cyrus then warns that rival nations will hunt the same people, urging the President to bury jujutsu information and strike first under the cover of protection. Reminded that Kenjaku could carry his offer elsewhere, unaware it already has been, the President hears that sorcerers are scarce and the chance to gather many at once is rare.
Cornered, the President turns to Garry K. Johnson, a lieutenant general, and asks what scale of force it would take. Garry calls Satoru Gojo an outlier, then boasts a lone company could net five dozen sorcerers, dismissing them as raw foes beaten with muscle and bullets the American way. When Kenjaku advises fielding at minimum eight hundred troops in a full battalion, Garry brands him a coward. Uraume floats a test: set Kenjaku against the White House guard, fifteen Secret Service agents plus thirty top CIA paramilitary operators, with Kenjaku beginning in the West Wing and tasked to reach Garry and the President in the East Wing.
The President finds the drill overdone, but Garry insists on a full display of strength. A soldier suddenly slams to the earth outside, and through Kenjaku's glasses Garry sees a towering elephant-shaped cursed spirit annihilating his men. Kenjaku walks unhurried to the President, dropping the dead soldiers' dog tags at his feet and proposing they open talks on hunting sorcerers.
