Having finished his incarnation, Sukuna reclaims the full body he wore long ago, an almost flawless physical state. With that form restored, he turns the encounter with Hajime Kashimo into a lesson on what it truly costs to stand above everyone else.

Sukuna's renewed shape carries four arms and a pair of mouths, letting him weave hand seals with spare limbs while a second voice keeps incantations flowing without pause. For a sorcerer, few advantages compare. The grotesque silhouette hides nothing wrong inside him; every organ and function works as normal. In this very body, gripping Kamutoke and Hiten, he once wiped out three entire Heian squads. Studying him with X-ray sight, Kashimo can only label the result perfection.

The two trade blows up close, and Sukuna drives his opponent backward. Kashimo answers with a surge of electricity, but a Dismantle that splits the world meets it. A warning lets Kashimo pull back so he loses only a fragment of his hand, and he recognizes the cut as the one that ended Satoru Gojo. Sukuna speaks of Yorozu, who once lectured him about love and assumed his isolation left him ignorant of it. He found the sermon tiresome and suspects she would have suited Kashimo and Gojo better. A lightning bolt from Kamutoke screens his flank; he pins Kashimo's hands with extra limbs, batters him with blows, and finishes with a sprawling net of Dismantle slashes.

With Kashimo dead, Kinji Hakari's domain barrier breaks; he and Uraume descend as Yuji Itadori and Hiromi Higuruma reach the field, and Sukuna sneers at what Yuji could hope to do.
