Tegata Ringana is a doctor on Dressrosa who fought to evacuate his bedridden patients as Doflamingo's Birdcage closed in. His dedication held even as hope faltered, and he witnessed Mansherry's healing dandelions firsthand.
Middle-aged, Ringana keeps bushy black hair along the sides of his head with a comb-over across the top. He wears glasses and a shirt and tie, draped over by a physician's white coat.
Ringana puts his patients first, set on getting every one of them to safety even with the Birdcage tightening around the island.
His training gives him medical know-how, though the full extent of it is unclear. As Donquixote Doflamingo drew the Birdcage shut over Dressrosa, Ringana and a group of nurses worked to move out every patient unable to walk from the hospital. With so many still inside and no citizens lending a hand, his resolve began to slip, until the former king Riku Doldo III urged everyone to keep on living and insisted hope remained. Heartened, Ringana redoubled his evacuation efforts no matter how few helped. He soon looked on in astonishment as floating dandelions mended a patient's leg, then kept fleeing the shrinking cage with his patients.
