Hair-Raiser, given in Japanese as Mushirige, is a close-range Emitter Quirk carried by the Pro Hero Mr. Brave. It shows up in Chapter 139 of the manga and Episode 70 of the anime, and its name was confirmed in an omake bundled with Volume 16.
Mechanics
The process begins with the user tearing strands loose from his own head. Once separated, those strands can be stretched to length and stiffened into something rigid enough to hold a form.
From there, Mr. Brave shapes the hardened hair as he pleases. The results are versatile and functional, serving equally well as weapons or as tools, depending on what the situation in front of him demands.
