Landmine let Chitose Kizuki turn anything she touched into a bomb waiting on her word. Each blast carried little force on its own, so she answered with volume and planning, seeding the battlefield with traps and converting her own willing followers into explosives.
Rendered as Jirai, Landmine was an Emitter Meta Ability functioning on contact, introduced in Chapter 224 and animated in Episode 109. Chitose Kizuki, the villain known as Curious, was its holder.
Whatever she made contact with gained explosive properties, and detonation followed whenever she decided it should. Individually those blasts carried little punch. Numbers fixed that problem, since enough primed objects going off together could do serious harm to a single target.
Chitose approached the ability as a tactician. She laid traps in advance and, with her followers helping, herded opponents onto chosen ground where her mines could go off around them.
Living beings were valid targets too, and her subordinates accepted being made into bombs on her behalf. Facing Himiko Toga's Transform Quirk, she primed her entire crew, making their blood detonate on cue.
The Curious Flattener supplied a close-quarters option, letting her blow apart small segments of a chain ring she could reshape at will. She turned that weapon on Himiko at short distance, exploding it against her face.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Landmine Quirk belongs to Chitose Kizuki, the villain known as Curious. It lets her turn anything she touches into a bomb that detonates on her command.
Landmine turns whatever the user makes contact with into an explosive, which she can detonate whenever she chooses. Any single blast is fairly weak, so Chitose Kizuki relies on numbers, priming many objects at once to do real damage.
Chitose Kizuki used Landmine as a tactician, laying traps in advance and herding opponents onto ground where her mines could go off around them. Her own subordinates willingly let her turn them into living bombs as well.
The Curious Flattener is a piece of equipment associated with Chitose Kizuki's Landmine Quirk, a reshapeable chain ring that gives her a close quarters option. She used it against Himiko Toga, exploding a segment of it at close range against her face.
Landmine debuted in Chapter 224 of the manga and was animated in Episode 109.
