Mind Reaper
CharacterOdd-Eye drags secrets into daylight with Mind Reaper. One touch and the person on the other end starts airing whatever they most wanted buried, from private shame to humiliating history. A firm enough will can blunt the effect, though rarely silence it completely.
Overview
Mind Reaper is an Emitter Quirk that works on contact, and Odd-Eye is its owner. It appears in Chapter 4 of My Hero Academia: Team-Up Missions.
Mechanics
Physical contact triggers the effect. Whoever the owner touches is compelled to expose what they would rather keep hidden, whether a guarded secret or an embarrassing episode from their past.
Contact is mandatory, so anyone Odd-Eye cannot reach stays safe. Resistance is also possible. A target with sufficient willpower can hold their tongue, at which point Odd-Eye ends up voicing the secret himself, though with less precision. Push that resolve far enough and the Quirk fails outright, even when the secret in question is genuinely shameful.
