CharacterGigantomachia does not feel anything. Pain Blocker severs every pain signal, inside the body and out, so nothing that hurts him ever slows him down and no injury interrupts his own attacks. Stacked with his other powers, it helps make him nearly unstoppable.
Overview
Pain Blocker is a close range Emitter type Quirk, one of several that Gigantomachia carries. It leaves the holder unable to register pain anywhere, internally or externally. With practice, the effect can be switched on and off at will.
Mechanics
Run alongside his native Endurance Quirk, it feeds directly into how much punishment he absorbs and how long he keeps swinging. He shrugged off a direct hit from Dabi's Blueflames, which burn far hotter than ordinary fire, without breaking stride. The benefit runs two ways: nothing that lands registers, and nothing that lands halts him.

Gigantomachia is the only known holder. Combined with the immense size of Gigantification, the hardened muscle of Fierce Gains, and the stamina conservation of Energy Saver, Pain Blocker pushes his physicality to the point that he can plow through whole cityscapes while trained warriors and Pro Heroes attack him, and never tire out.
