Overview
Shoulder-Mounted Jets is one of the Quirks belonging to the High-End Nomu known as Hood. Classified as mutant type and rated close range, it turned up in Chapter 186 and Episode 87, with the name supplied in Chapter 188.
Mechanics
Four jet boosters sit retracted against the user's upper back until they are wanted. Extended and fired, they deliver flight with a heavy speed boost behind it.
Handling is the weak point. Hood cannot steer cleanly on the jets alone, so he brings his Transforming Arms Quirk into the equation to keep himself supported while airborne.
