Hood's back opens up. Four boosters fold out from his upper spine and light, shoving the Nomu through the air at speeds his bulk has no business reaching. Steering is the problem, and he needs a second Quirk just to keep the flight pointed anywhere useful.

Mechanics

Four jet boosters sit retracted against the user's upper back until they are wanted. Extended and fired, they deliver flight with a heavy speed boost behind it.

Handling is the weak point. Hood cannot steer cleanly on the jets alone, so he brings his Transforming Arms Quirk into the equation to keep himself supported while airborne.

Notable Users

Hood, the High-End Nomu, is the only known holder, and the jets are one piece of the multi-Quirk arsenal packed into him.
