CharacterGil Gollini jumps himself and whatever he is holding to any spot he can see, which makes his eyes the whole Quirk. Blind him or make the landing zones lethal and the ability collapses, a weakness Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki exploited by setting the battlefield alight.
Overview
Teleportation is used by Gil Gollini. The Quirk is an Emitter type of medium range, and it was introduced in My Hero Academia: You're Next.
Mechanics
Gil relocates instantly, and any object or living thing in contact with him comes along. The destination carries one hard requirement: it has to sit inside his field of vision. Nothing beyond what his eyes can pick out is reachable. Overmodification does not push that boundary outward, but it makes the jump fire off dramatically faster.
Because everything hangs on sight, the counterplay follows naturally. Block his view, or turn the visible ground into somewhere he cannot safely arrive, and his options narrow until he can be backed into a corner and fought on even terms.
