CharacterTrapezius Headgear earned his name honestly. His Quirk pumps the muscles between neck and shoulders to absurd proportions, until they rise high enough to swallow his head entirely and armor it behind a wall of his own body.
Overview
Trap Flex is the Mutant Quirk belonging to the villain Trapezius Headgear, and it works only at melee distance. It appears early in the series, in Chapter 13 and Episode 9, and takes its name from combat data in the game My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero, where it is alternately listed as Oversized Trapezius.
Mechanics
The power hands its owner extreme control over the trapezius, the muscle running from the neck across the shoulders. Flexing it drives the shoulders upward far past any natural limit, high enough that the head disappears between them behind a slab of muscle. The same contraction delivers a decent measure of speed and physical strength alongside the coverage.
Impressive as that sounds, the boost sits well below the series' heavy hitters. Set against something like One For All, it barely registers: All Might needed exactly one strike to the back of the skull, the Missouri Smash, to put Trapezius on the ground.
